What makes a good book?
A good book always manifests itself with various shades of sensation and serves as a mirror to the writer’s thoughts. It always brings the treasure of knowledge to readers, takes them to a world of fascination, illuminates their darkest thoughts, and brings them a sense of happiness. The qualities which makes a book look fascinating are: It should have a good opening which grabs the attention of the reader on the first page and doesn’t let him go without having a glance fully. Secondly, a good book makes the reader to feel himself in the shoe of writer. A good book is the one in which secrets are not revealed altogether and stories remain mysterious. A good book should be written in a simple and ambiguous language and should be printed in an appropriate font size so that readers feel comfortable reading it. A good book should have a mesmerising front cover so that it can attract more audience. A good book must be written with the writer’s own thoughts and ideas. It must not be plagiarised from some other sources. A good book is the one in which you have never met the writer but you find their compositions relatable to your stories. A good book will always have a clear, consistent vocabulary in which the writer has provided his examples magnificently and whose ending leaves the reader with unforgettable scenarios. As Paul Sweeney says “You know you’ve read a good book when you turn the last page and feel a little as if you’ve lost a friend.”
